Welcome Sheila Cristina Healing & Beyond!

I’m Sheila - a Healer Facilitator and Integrative Therapist based in the London Borough of Ealing.

With over 16 years of experience in Spiritual Healing and Energy Body Therapies, I offer personalised treatments that support your emotional, mental, physical, energy field and spiritual well-being.

A Journey Rooted in Healing

My connection to healing began long before I understood what it was. As a child growing up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, my grandmother would often tell me how I instinctively laid hands on others and picked plants from her garden to bless people. At the time, I thought of it as nothing more than child’s play, something innocent and fleeting. Through my childhood I used to received healing from a faith healer and my great-grandmother which helped me a lots.

By the age of twelve while balancing school and work, I began exploring many subjects and asking deeper questions about life. Sometimes I accompanied my mother to spiritualists places and later continued attending on my own. This curiosity and discovery sparked a lifelong journey of self-discovery and personal development.

Years later, I moved to London to begin a new chapter. What I thought would be a fresh start quickly became something more profound. Life has a way of guiding us, even when we don’t realise it. Looking back, I now understand that the challenges and changes I faced were part of a greater calling. The move to the UK was not just a relocation; it was a redirection, leading me to the path I was always meant to walk.

That move marked a turning point while settling into life in London, I had an experience that would deepen my connection to healing in a way I hadn’t anticipated. On the way to a job interview, I passed a spiritualist church and felt drawn to it. Though it was closed ,I noted the number, called and returned the following week for a healing service. That visit introduced me to spiritual healing and something within me resonated deeply.

I began attending weekly healing sessions and after a year of receiving support, I started volunteering at the church, helping with reception and events. One day, a senior healer invited me to offer healing myself. I was hesitant, but with her encouragement, I gave my first session to a woman who had never experienced healing before. Her and mine positive response affirmed something I hadn’t yet fully realised: this was officially the beginning of my path as a healer.

To continue attending and offering healing within the church, I enrolled in formal training and I haven’t looked back since.

From Personal Healing to Professional Practice

Following those early experiences in the spiritualist church, I deepened my practice through formal training and hands-on experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in award-winning spas, NHS hospitals cancer and palliative care settings ,spiritualist churches, healing centres,events and private clients. I’ve also volunteered extensively, offering healing in hospitals, circles and at community.

Aside from healing and integrative therapies studies Sheila also studied at the beginning of her search in Brazil in apometry among other courses and workshops also studied for only a year law school,completed cabin crew course and initially in the United Kingdom an introduction in spirit release therapy and some other courses and workshops.

My Approach

I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every session begins with a consultation and is tailored to you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional balance, physical recovery, or spiritual alignment, I create a safe, nurturing space for you to relax, recharge and reconnect with your inner-self with a simple and uncomplicated approach.

I continue to practise daily self-healing, because I believe that to support others, we must first care for ourselves. Healing is a lifelong journey and I walk it with you, not ahead of you.

Healing to me is far more than the transmission of energy. It is a journey of deep connection, self-awareness and transformation. That’s why I call my work Healing and Beyond.

This path has taken me beyond theory and into lived experience. I’ve set aside other careers and studies to fully dedicate myself to the healing journey. Through years of working with people from all walks of life, in many different settings and private clients I’ve come to understand that healing is not about having a special gift or supernatural power. It’s about presence, intention, self-healing, the willingness to grow and help people.

I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to heal and have intuitive propensities. My role is just to support that process, to hold space and help you reconnect with your own energy and inner wisdom.

I don’t believe in labels or hierarchies. We all have the capacity to heal and grow. My role is simply support, facilitate, hold space for your transformation, your own self-healing and well-being. That`s why I love healing because it welcomes everyone of any beliefs with open arms. Healing is for everyone!

The reason that I love working with healing because is a inner work, subtle, holistic, energy medicine, intuitive, spiritual, human energy consciousness system and it is a relationship to emotional, physical and energetic health and those are the reason why I do spiritual healing and various aspects of healing. I am very grateful for having received healing since childhood and today for being a facilitator and an instrument with everything I do because the process of healing has a beginning but it has no end and I will be an eternal apprentice in this school of life.
